The Nathanson Real Estate Law Firm won the case in the trial court and the Illinois Appellate Court on behalf of the seller. The Illinois Supreme Court recently refused to hear the appeal of the purchaser. Pending.

Lead counsel for the former owner of a suburban Chicago office building in the real estate case entitled American National Bank, et al. v. Potash Corporation of Saskatchewan, involving the owner's claim that Potash's breach and abandonment of its lease for space in the building resulted in the loss of millions dollars of rent and the loss of the equity in the building.
